1．some和any作定语：
这样用时有些字典标作形容词，有些字典标作限定词。它们表示“一定数量”，相当于“一些”，“几个”等，some用于肯定句(a)，any用于疑问句(b)或否定句(C)，可用来修饰可数名词：

她借了几本杂志。
We invited some friends to the party．

3．any也可这样用，在句中作主语(a)或宾语(b)，主要用在疑问句(a)和否定句(b)中：
a．Is there any left?
还有剩的吗?
Does any of them know the answer?
他们有谁知道答吗?

b．Thanks，I don’t want any．
谢谢，我不要了。
I don't think any of us has seen it．
我想我们有人看到过它。

在委婉询问别人需要什么时用some而不用any：
